2. Approval of Agenda/Approval of May 5, 2009 Minutes
- Heather and Mike Richter have given their position as Parent Chairs over to Duane Banman
3. Welcome 09-10 Executive
4. Business Arising from the Minutes
- Fee Increase/Minimum Fee to retain spot
- It has been decided that a minimum fee to retain a spot in the WWBASP would be beneficial to the program, yet reasonable to parents.
- Starting in November, parents will have to pay $30.00 dollars each month to reserve a spot for their child. However, if they use the program regularly, this amount will automatically be counted towards their payment.
- This is the price of a full-day plus one morning, which most parents use at least once per month.
- Student/Team Leader Ratio
- As the attendance is growing in the program, this is less of a threat.
- Six students to one leader is the policy, and this will be monitored as the year progresses to assess how many leaders need to be on duty per shift.

- A strong start to the year with registration rates growing fast.
- Adding three new staff members to our WWBASP crew: Jolene Solypa, Jocelyn Hval, and Alana Cowan.
- Location change as being a positive and convenient experience for staff and parents.
- Starting to get the attendance sheets back in order.

- A little bit of concern due to a daycare that will be present in the Wilfrid Walker School. We will monitor this process as it comes.
